Five Lovely Benefits of Massage

There’s a great article about the benefits of massage over at Newsweek Magazine on-line.

The article mentions how after Tiffany Field, a professor of pediatrics, gave birth prematurely, she would massage her infant daughter, and was so impressed with the results she went on to found the Touch Research Institute (TRI) at the University of Miami School of Medicine.
